Dsquared2, S/S/15, Milan Fashion Week: explosion of colors!
Dsquared2 Spring 2015 runway show at Milan Fashion Week is an explosion of colors.The collection combines wearable and modern designs with special effects.Mini dresses, tops and skirts textured ruffled as flowers, T-shirts are cropped double-faced cotton poplin and are paired with Bright patterned pants.Rich allover beadwork adorning a voluminous gray hooded sweatshirt.
Cropped and oversized jeans are mixed in with the fresh styles. The accessories are amazing: soft feathers embellish bags and shoes. All the looks were also styled with black-framed glasses, just like the ones the brothers were wearing when giving a bow at the end of the show.
Colors:green,red, yellow, turquoise,orange and a touch of white.

E’davvero un’esplosione di colori e gioia la collezione presentata dai gemelli Dsquared2 in occasione della Milan Fashion Week per la prossima primavera estate 2015. L’atmosfera della sfilata è festosa,lo show infatti parte con un video dei due designers che giocano assieme alle modelle durante la preparazione della collezione, per poi spalancare il sipario su uno stage dove hanno portato in scena un appartamento con un arredo in stile anni Settanta.
La collezione presenta capi coloratissimi e stampe geometriche che si ispirano appunto agli anni 70.Gonne dalle forme originali che richiamano i fiori estivi,borse fantastiche che sembrano leggere e piumate,tacchi altissimi e mozzafiato e stivaletti al ginocchio effetto pizzo. Non mancano capi più basic come le t-shirt sportive,le felpe con cappuccio decorate di perline, i top cortissimi e colorati su short di jeans strappati,questi ultimi un must per Dsquared2.Sfilano in passerella anche tailleur in lino morbidi,ampi e coloratissimi,portabili e adatti a tutte le occasioni.
Tutte le modelle hanno indossato occhiali dalla montatura spessa, un po’ da nerd, per dare un tocco originale e inaspettato al look.
I colori:verde,turchese,rosso,giallo,arancio e un pò di bianco.
Un applauso meritatissimo a Dean e Dan Caten.

Last month,during an event in London I’ve had the fantastic opportunity to visit the St. James’ Court, A Taj Hotel and Taj 51 Buckingham Gate

Zander Bar
This chic ‘Bar of the Year’ boasts the longest cocktail bar in Europe. Zander’s team is highly trained.

Il mese scorso in occasione di un evento a Londra ho avuto modo di scoprire un hotel stupendo:St.James Court Buckingam Gate del Gruppo Taj Hotel.
Se cercate un posto rilassante dove si respira lusso e relax e allo stesso tempo situato in posizione centrale, a pochi passi da Buckingam Palace, questo Hotel è l’ideale. L’Hotel è diviso in due aree St. James Court e Taj 51 Buckingam Gate Suites e Residences.
Il St James’ Court ospita il premiato ed elegante Zander Bar,il ristorante Quilon,segnalato dalla guida Michelin, il Westminster Bank,che propone un moderno menù britannico, e il Bistro 51,dove si possono gustare specialità della cucina europea preparate al momento.
Inoltre se siete stressati dopo una giornata di lavoro,potete approfittare del centro benessere dotato anche di palestra interna e personal trainer oltre che di sauna bagno turco e di tutti i trattamenti benessere più esclusivi con prodotti naturali.
Fiore all’occhiello dell’hotel è St. James’ Courtyard, il giardino dove si possono degustare ottimi cocktails e rilassanti the come da tradizione.
La storica fontana vittoriana si erge al centro del giardino fiorito e rende l’atmosfera degna di un romanzo di Shakespeare.
Il Taj si distingue per la sua calda ospitalità indiana, un servizio di classe mondiale e un ambiente di lusso moderno.
Non si può desiderare di più!

FASHION BOXING
Inspired by the sport of boxing, for SS 2015, Tohm Browne drew the wardrobe of a well-dressed boxing team. A tailored performance that celebrates boxing while staying to the Moncler spirit.
With an important dose of red, white and blue and the characteristic grey color palette and black tie, the collection saw details inspired by the boxing gear challenging the classic tailored pieces that was updated with sportier references to sport’s flowing robes, loose shorts and hoods.
Stripes, tartan patterns added completeness to the collection. So we are waiting for a Fashion Boxing Summer 2015!

Ispirato al mondo della boxe, per la primavera estate 2015 Tohm Browne ha realizzato una collezione per un viaggio nel mondo del pugilato d’elite. La performance sartoriale di Moncler Gamme Bleu celebra lo sport del pugilato, coniugando l’expertise Moncler con la creativita’ del suo ispiratore. Con una decisa dose di rosso, bianco e blu, i colori tradizionali Moncler, la caratteristica palette grigi e il “black tie”, la collezione ha mostrato al pubblico presente al Palazzo del Senato a Milano, i dettagli tipici dall’abbigliamento della boxe. Bellissimi accappatoi, pantaloncini e classici sartorali ammorbiditi nelle silhouttes.Piumini, gilet, mini giacche e scarpette rigorosamente da boxeur completano il tutto. La particolarità dei look e’ proprio nei dettagli, nella combinazione di stampe opposte e nella sovrapposizione dei tessuti: un connubio di sartorialita’ e finiture tecniche per un effetto sensazionale. Sara’ quindi un’estate 2015 da vivere a colpi di Fashion!

Reminiscences submarine inspires La Perla Men’s New Collection presented at Pitti Uomo in Florence.
The concept behind new collection is a sophisticated mix-match of different fabrics and garnments inspired the submarine world.

Reminescenze marine e surreali al fashion show presentato da La Perla in occasione di Pitti Uomo a Firenze.
Infatti il concept che caratterizza la nuova collezione è un sofisticato mix di materiali e capi diversi che scelgono come tema ispiratore il favoloso mondo sottomarino.
The symbol of this mood is an evocative and surreal print of a flying oyster protecting a pearl that has been transformed into a mysterious eye. This is becoming the graphic symbol of the new La Perla men’s world.
Emiliano Rinaldi the Tuscan designer in charge of the creative direction of this project explains its meaning “for me the oyster is a symbol of something that creates emotion and at the same time knows how to protect it. The eye is the element every human being uses most express itself … and I added a pair of wings because it’s important to envolve and to always fly beyond your limits”.

Il simbolo di questo mood non a caso è un’ostrica alata che custodisce una perla trasformata in occhio misterioso.
Un’immagine che diventa il segno grafico del nuovo mondo La Perla al maschile.
Emiliano Rinaldi il designer a cui è affidata la direzione creativa di questo progetto racconta il suo significato “L’ostrica è per me il simbolo di qualcosa che sa generare un’emozione e allo stesso tempo custodirla mentre l’occhio è l’elemento più espressivo dell’essere umano,il tutto accompagnato da un paio di ali perchè bisogna sempre evolversi e volare oltre”.
Key pieces in the collection are the night robes and kimonos very elegant in raffia fabric or jacquard silk worn over long gilets in subtle and transparent fabrics such as silk chiffon, cupro and silk/cotton.
Other highlights in the collection include the macramé t-shirts and high-rise briefs with suit-style thin nervures.
The line that separates underwear from outwear is getting thinner. The kimono trousers and t-shirt were designed as hybrid creations to be worn freely both at home and outdoors.
Inspiration submarine is most evident in the beachwear line that uses an original Lycra fabric, enhanced with an iridescent effect resembling fish scales.

In passerella spiccano le vestaglie e i kimono in tessuto di rafia o in seta jacquard indossati su lunghi gilet realizzati in materiali leggeri e trasparenti come lo chiffon di seta, il cupro e la seta/cotone. Molto originali le t-shirt in macramè e gli slip a vita altissima.La linea che divide l’underwear dall’outwear si fa sempre più sottile e i kimono, i pantaloni e le t-shirt sono realizzate per essere indossate in “assoluta libertà” sia in casa che fuori,abbinati magari a un paio di semplici jeans.
The shoes are very comfortable:mocassins with a performed leather fringe and trainer-style rubber sole, and biker boots with a trainer –style and visible zip.
The colour palette includes:soft shade of white,ultramarine blue, coral red and black.

Il tema sottomarino è molto più evidente nella linea beachwear che sceglie un insolito tessuto di Lycra illuminato da effetti iridescenti che ricordano le scaglie di pesce. Le scarpe proposte sono studiate per offrire il massimo comfort: mocassino con frangia traforata e suola di gomma stile sneaker e un biker con suola sneaker e cerniera in evidenza.
La cartella colori include:il rosso corallo, il nero, il bianco che sfuma al beige e il blu oltremare.
